Dynamic Menu
The Dynamic Menu enables easy access to all of the site areas. The menu can easily be modified and re-arranged to suite any site’s specific needs and structure. Webaxy comes with a default horizontal menu, however using MagicPage’s menu template, you can create your own vertical hierarchical menu system. The left menu in this web site is an example of a dynamic vertical menu. The top menu on our demo site is an example for a dynamic horizontal menu.

MagicPage
MagicPage is our proven web site content management tool. Content is easily updated by using a standard web browser. MagicPage provides control over: fonts, colors, images, backgrounds and more. Web pages can be on the web within minutes using readily made templates, or can be designed with the free style editor. In addition tables can be imported from spreadsheets using copy-paste funcionality.
MagicPage includes document management features such as uploading, renaming, deleting and moving of files. Directory management is available as well.

Search Engine
The integrated Search Engine offers a means for quick retrieval of information available on the web site. It allows retrieving information from the various content tools: the Forum system, Bulletin Board, Event Board, InfoBase Documents and more. It includes logical searches (AND/OR) and more.

The Forums system is an advanced online discussion system that allows running an unlimited number of discussions. Some of its many features include open and closed discussions, linear/hierarchical discussions, email updates of discussion activity, image and document attachments and many management tasks.

Contacts
Organizes all important addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, emails, cell phone numbers and website addresses and more, in one accessible place. Contacts are easy to find browsing the categories and sub-categories or by simply using the integrated search tool.

Bulletin Board
This efficient notice board system allows posting and managing of notices within separate boards. Notices can be posted in minutes. Any notice can have an expiry date after which it will automatically disappear. Boards have 3 levels of security allowing managers to define who can read/write/manage each board.

Site Index
Serves as a private website directory. It organizes sites in a hierarchical structure and allows unlimited number of entries, retrievable by browsing the directory tree or searching with the integrated search engine. Each entry has a title, description, and direct link to the site.

InfoBase
InfoBase is a document and file sharing system that allows organizing any type file in the web site into a managable well organized document tree. Files can be uploaded or created using MagicPage or uploaded using FTP. All file types descriptions and textual file contents can be retrieved using the site search engine.

Events Board
Birthdays, holidays, trips, conferences, and other events can all be placed on the Events Board. Events are separated into categories and can be viewed by time or topic. The Events Board includes an integrated search engine.

News & Updates
Automatically displays updates on the website. The system lists all new data elements from the last day, week, month or other selected period. The data is collected from the various content creation tools.
Includes Personal Updates which Automatically sends subscribers email updates with information about new documents and information that has been published on the site. The email links directly back to the new documents and information. Users can subscribe to specific update topics, and receive only the information they are interested in.

Guest Book
Allows visitors to write comments and remarks posted directly to the site. Unwanted comments can easily be deleted.

Mailing Lists
Advanced web based mailing list system. An unlimited number of mailing lists can be defined with unlimited recipients. Each list has its own set of permissions and restrictions, allowing only authorized persons to use specified lists.

Polls
Easily builds, manages and runs online polls and surveys. For each poll the voters can be grouped by specific characteristics such as age, country, department etc. Polls automatically close when they reach a pre-defined expiration date.
